Whenever you need cash, you can use your Standard Chartered PIA Co-Brand Credit Card along with your unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) at VISA ATMs to withdraw amounts up to 30 % of your available credit limit. You will receive your PIN two days after your receive your card. Please remember that your PIN is very confidential.
Incase your PIN is lost or stolen or becomes known to someone else, please report the matter instantly to Customer Services to get yourself a new PIN. Cash can also be withdrawn by requesting a cash advance ‘over the counter’ at 360,000 financial institutions worldwide (VISA), or at any of the Standard Chartered Bank branch and other VISA member banks across Pakistan.
- Revolving Your Credit:
Your Standard Chartered PIA Co-Brand Credit Cards give you the option of paying the minimum amount which would be only 5 % of your outstanding balance or Rs. 500 (whichever is greater) by the payment due date.
Service charges are levied on the balance that remains unpaid with the remaining amount carried forward to the next billing date. The following month, you may either pay the full amount or if you wish to pay only the minimum amount due and decide to revolve again. - Supplementary Cards:
You can also gift the Standard Chartered PIA Co-Brand VISA as a supplementary card to anyone above 18 and let them become part of a world filled with unlimited privileges. You may gift up to 5 Supplementary Cards to your parents, siblings, spouse, children, friends or absolutely anyone.
Please note that all your Supplementary Card members share your basic credit limit. The Supplementary Cards will carry a separate account number so that in case of loss of theft, only the affected cards need cancellation. The unaffected card(s) however will continue to enjoy uninterrupted card usage. For added convenience, charges incurred on the Supplementary Cards will be reported on your personal monthly statement for immediate reference.

You have the convenience of making minimum or 100 % payment as specified on the monthly statement, through your Standard Chartered Bank account. If you wish to use this facility, please contact our Customer Services staff at least 2 days before your statement date. - eStatements:
